Isle of Wight Investment Deal

Sailing over the finishing line, we’ve just secured this great deal in Cowes on the Isle of Wight for a private family office – purchasing a 4.5-acre site occupied predominantly by The Range for £5.5m, reflecting a net initial yield of 6.18%.
The site comprises a 31,770 sq ft unit let to The Range until the end of 2036 with fixed uplifts, which represents around 80% of the income.
